Have I ever told you?
If I sit really still and silent,
and get lost in my own world,
I experience your heart beating in time with mine?

When I watch you speak to methrough lines and cords,
bits and bytes,
I imagine your voice,
whispering into my ear?

I wait out every day in anticipation,
longing for an hour or two,
waiting even for that secondin space and time,
to get closer to you.

There have been times when I ached for youso badly,
that the emotions overwhelmed me,
I sat down and broke down into tears.

Sometimes, I try to reach you,
by touching your name on a cold screen before me,
wishing that I could reach in and pull you to me.

The first time I heard the sound of your voice,
thousands of miles away,
I sat up all night,
turning the conversation over and over in my mind,
examining it, like some newly discovered species of flower?

I would give everything up,
just for one night and lay near you,
to feel your chest rise and fall with each breath you take,
just to know that you exist and live for me.

I dream of you often,
